It takes YEARS to build a brand that is believed in.

Agent06 was established by Angela Barnshaw back in 2012. Up until that point, Ang was consistently selling real estate in the top percent of her brokerage in Cherry Hill, NJ, despite being a transplant from Virginia. Most brokers wouldn’t dare leave their big-box brokerage due to the fear of failing and not being able to build a successful team outside of a franchised name.

However, Ang had a vision! An inner-knowing that hadn’t yet been conceptualized. She understood that the archaic traditional real estate transaction needed a MAJOR change. Traditional agents are fueled by individual ego, not a brand. It is always, “who can have the BEST team” within a brokerage. How silly, right? Whatever happened to the phrase: “There’s no ‘I’ in team?”

That’s when the Power Six Program was born! By dividing the real estate transaction into six phases and assigning a department or specialist to each phase, we’ve made it a TEAM effort.  This allows for a seamless and stress-free transaction for ALL PARTIES from start to finish. The age of the independent agent is NO MORE!
